If you would like to call me in regard to problems with establishing a dial-in connection to Jedi, especially PPP-related problems, please try calling my mobile phone first of all on 04-1115-8574, and if I'm unable to take your call, please leave a voicemail message.

You may also try to reach me on the phone number I use for my commercial IT business (check it out at www.sunrk.com.au), which is 02-9520-2547, but unless we have made a prior arrangement, do not call after hours as I operate this business from my home in my spare time.

Remember that I have a young family, and I also work full time as a train driver for CityRaili, so my work is shift-based and I cannot always assist with a problem straight away.
